Khao Laem Ya–Mu Ko Samet National Park
I haven't been to this one yet
Everything on this page comes from Google and the venue itself, which is exactly what every other listing site has. There is no verdict from me because I have not been through the door — and I would rather say so than write something that sounds like I have. It goes on the list.
Khao Laem Ya–Mu Ko Samet National Park is a day-trip destination in Phe, within the greater Pattaya area of Chon Buri, Thailand. It's rated 4.5★ on Google. Open daily, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM.
A coastal national park on the Rayong mainland, directly across the water from Koh Samet, where a 1km shoreline trail links a wooden boardwalk, a white lighthouse and a run of rocky viewpoints. The walking is gentle enough for most ages, with pagodas to sit at, a short hill climb for panoramic views and a glass walkway over the sea. Clean and well kept, with sea-front camping areas below the entrance, and reviewers rate it one of the better sunset spots on this coast. Monkeys roam freely throughout.
