"Love it or hate it, it's the Pattaya everyone's heard about — a neon canyon of bars, clubs and go-gos that only wakes after dark. Worth one wander for the spectacle even if you don't stop: go around 10-11pm and keep your wits and your wallet close. Pedestrians only after 6pm."
