"Where Bangkok and Chonburi locals go at the weekend rather than tourists — a long, lively Thai beach an hour north with deckchairs, inner tubes and endless seafood hawkers. Not postcard-pretty, but a fun, authentic and dirt-cheap day out. Weekdays are calm; Sundays are a proper Thai beach party."
